Right now, we only know that a killer won't have any effects from staying out past curfew, right? The same as the people in the cabins?

[Because it's very easy to fake falling asleep and then get back up after everyone else is knocked out, so he's not sure that falling asleep near other people necessarily counts as a strong alibi.
