And Chuuya's going to hold up his own hand, pressing it to his side of the bars right over where Dazai's hand is.

No hand-holding will happen here, though. These bars are very solid.]

Dazai is watching the other carefully through the gaps in the bars, his hand still up pressed against a bar with Chuuya's on the other side. He can figure out enough of what's being unsaid from this moment and from seeing how Chuuya reacted originally to Melt at that time.

He's surprised the other would give him this much. Maybe having a death sentence is useful after all, even if he can't do anything with this information. It's still seeing another piece to the person who made mafia life interesting in the first place. ]
