[ Kneeling down to pick a couple of flowers to put around the fake one. There's a tube attached to it, and it seems like there's something round at the end of the tube ]

No, I'm from a small frontier town. It isn't as if flowers are rare, necessarily... But to see so many of them in one place - and so much variety is uncommon.

Do you know how long flowers last before they start wilting?

It varies a little bit, but they're going to start wilting right away if they aren't put in a vase with water. [ So, in a bouquet, not long. ] They probably have a couple hours of looking fresh, though.

I'll grab a pitcher from the kitchen. I'm sure he'll be busy the rest of the day, so we can wait until tomorrow to strike.

[ Escha is sifting through one of the bookshelves of the library, seemingly unable to settle on any specific book in the science section. ]

I'm fine. I just found out I may have been overstepping with my jokes.
